• Age Requirement – Must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

• Arrival Time – Early check-in fee $15 IF site is prepped and available. Memorial Day to Labor Day, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, If arriving after 5pm - please call our office prior to 4:30pm to make arrival arrangements 760-376-6119 - no arrivals after 9pm. Other dates are subject to change.

• Check out Time – 11:00 am to 12:00 noon
• Quiet Time – 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Speed Limit – 5 MPH in ALL areas of the park
• Max Persons – Cabins/Campsites up to 6 (includes all children). RV Sites base rate covers your first 2 people, additional people will cost $5/person/night (age 7+). Up to 4 day guest (must depart by 9pm) Day wristbands $5 per person - guest parking not available

• Parental Responsibility: All children must be under direct adult supervision. Parents will be held responsible for the actions of minor children. Minors must be on their site and under direct adult supervision by 10:00PM.

• *NEW RULE: kiddie/wading pools are no longer allowed. 

• Parking – For safety and evacuation reasons, only one car per site. Additional cars may be parked in our overflow lots at no extra fee, however, additional parking is limited and not guaranteed.
• Utility Trailer/Storage Trailer – For safety reasons, these must be parked in our overflow lots.
• Music – In consideration of others, please limit the volume within your campsite and off at 10 pm.
• Pets (Max 2/site) – Cabins $25 fee and RV Site $5/pet/night. If pets are found in the not pet friendly cabin, there will be a $250 cleaning fee (no exceptions). Dogs are to be kept on a 6ft leash, and must sleep in an enclosed vehicle or tent at night. Please do not leave your dog unattended. Restricted breeds: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Amstaff, & mixed breeds with these breeds in them, or aggressive dogs of any breed, please.
• Excessive Barking – Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
• We Love our Trees – Please do not carve, cut, chop, or trim any trees or shrubs. Painting/graffiti on any campground property is prohibited. Fines will incur for any damage done to the property. Notify the office if there is a problem at your site.
• Restrooms– Bathrooms are serviced 3 times a day. Showers operate on quarters, takes 4 quarters to activate the shower, $1 = appx 4 mins. Change is available in the office - please plan ahead. (Upper-level restroom currently unavailable)
• Motorcycles/Quads are allowed in designated areas only and are not to be ridden within the resort. 
• Waste Water – NO wastewater of any kind may be discharged into the creeks or river. Please use our dump station. A portable tank is available for rental $10/30mins - for gray water only.
• Campfires – Fire rings are provided at all sites. Enjoy an evening campfire, not a bonfire!
• Barbecues/Stoves – Please do not place these or any other hot appliances on our wooden picnic tables and wooden decks.
• Fireworks, Firearms, Sling Shots, Bow & Arrows and other projectiles are PROHIBITED.

• No generator use in the resort.
• EMERGENCY – In case of an emergency please call 911.

• WiFi is limited to one user and is upgradeable. CABLE IS NOT GUARANTEED. 

• Weather insurance can only be applied when booking online, it is a 3rd party. For any concerns, contact Sensible’s Customer Support at support@sensibleweather.com or (424) 367-1964.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 31 DAYS OR MORE before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $15 processing fee. Deposits paid by cash, money order, or cashiers check will be refunded within 10 business days. Deposits paid by check will be refunded 30 days after the process date.

Cancellations made 30 DAYS OR LESS before arrival date will be charged for one night and a $15 processing fee. You will receive a camp credit for the remainder of your deposit. (MUST BE USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE).
